Write for us

We welcome considered pitches about learning, practice and the habits that help people develop skills. A strong proposal offers one clear idea, a useful reader question and a grounded way to explain the subject without inflated promises.

What we are looking for

Pitch explainers, comparisons, thoughtful critiques of common assumptions, background pieces and focused guides to a particular practice situation. Topics should suit a general reader and offer something more specific than encouragement to work harder. We especially value clear distinctions, realistic examples and suggestions readers can adapt to their own goals.

What to include

Send a short outline describing the proposed subject, its main point, why it would help readers and how you would approach it. Mention any experience or sources relevant to the pitch, but do not imply credentials or results that are not yours. A concise note is enough; a finished article is not needed for an initial proposal.

How to send a pitch

Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to send your proposal. Please include a working title and tell us if the idea has been offered elsewhere. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication, and we cannot guarantee a response time.
